What will you do? • In this role you should understand & evaluate the Tender/Contract Product Specification and support Business Development team by way of Basic Process Concept / Plant Specification & Process Guarantee Parameters • Further you should knowledge of Undertaking Process Design ensuring cost effectiveness, safety and in a time bound manner as per project execution requirement • Additionally, you will be involved in preparation of Process Flow Diagrams, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams, plant control logics and control philosophy for Air Separation Plants • Furthermore, you should design/preparation of datasheets of Process equipment (Heat Exchanger, Column & Tray), line sizing& material specification, safety valve sizing • Besides this, you will do technical evaluation of Vendors’ offers for equipment& provide recommendations • Moreover, you will design new process equipment and evaluate existing equipment to ensure compliance with modified operating parameters • Thereafter, you will be responsible for the participation in HAZOP and SIL Review, also ensuring implementation of HAZOP and SIL recommendations • Furthermore, you will manage Participation in Technical Discussions with Internal, External Stakeholders along with Clients & Consultants (PMCs) • Moreover, you should Support to Commissioning Team in process problem and guarantee parameter establishment • Additionally, your comprehensive understanding of process, safety aspects in equipment design, hazard identification/risk assessment techniques should help the department to grow. Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes? • You have a B. Tech or M. Tech in chemical engineering or Cryogenic engineering with 15 to 20 years of experience in Process Engineering / design organization /consultants specially in ASU or relevant industry • You should have in depth Knowledge in chemical engineering pertaining to ASU or chemical industry • Knowledge in process control and control logics suits your profile • Strong communicator with the ability to convey information.
