The Ideal Candidate: • Civil Engineer (B.Tech/BE) with 15+ years of proven expertise in commercial building execution. • A leader who thrives on discipline, transparency, and collaboration. • Experienced in navigating regulatory frameworks and delivering large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: As GM – Project, you will: • Anchor Northrise’s vision of timely, quality-driven delivery. • Lead a team of engineers and vendors with precision and foresight. • Ensure seamless integration of structural and MEP systems. • Champion safety, compliance, and audit-ready documentation. • Liaise with authorities like GNIDA, YEIDA, UPSIDA to ensure smooth approvals.
