Qualifications • Strong expertise in Sales and General Management, with experience in achieving and exceeding targets. • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on understanding and fulfilling client needs. • Proven skills in Team Management, with the ability to motivate and lead teams to deliver exceptional results. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with a strategic mindset. • Experience in the commercial interiors or architecture industry is highly desirable but not mandatory. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
