General Manager – Sales & Marketing (Fire Protection Systems) Location: New Delhi – India HQ + nationwide travel Company: Deworth Equipments Pvt. Ltd. Role Overview Reporting to the Managing Director, the GM – Sales & Marketing owns Deworth’s revenue strategy: shaping markets, winning key projects, and building a high-performance sales organization. You’ll translate our technical edge into sustained, profitable growth. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership – Craft and execute annual sales plans, regional targets and go-to-market programs. • Business Development – Build a robust pipeline across power, hydrocarbon, distillery, data-center and infrastructure segments. • Key Account Management – Nurture C-suite and EPC relationships; secure repeat and multi-site orders. • Tender & Bid Oversight – Guide techno-commercial proposals, pricing strategy and contract negotiations. • Marketing & Brand – Drive product positioning, digital campaigns, trade-show presence and thought-leadership content. • Cross-Functional Alignment – Coordinate with Design, Projects and Finance to ensure feasibility, margin protection and smooth hand-offs. • Team Building – Recruit, coach and motivate a pan-India sales & application-engineering team; establish KPI dashboards. • Market Intelligence – Monitor competition, code/standard updates (NFPA, IS, OISD, FM), and emerging technologies. • P&L Accountability – Deliver revenue, gross-margin and receivables targets; manage departmental budgets.
