Generative AI Developer/ AI Engineer/Data Scientist

About the job

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their architectures, specifically Transformers. Expert-level prompt engineering skills with proven experience in implementing Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) patterns are also essential. A strong proficiency in Python, including standard AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face Transformers is required. Experience with fine-tuning and distillation techniques for GenAI evaluation metrics like BLEU, ROUGE, perplexity is expected. • Familiarity with vector databases such as Weaviate or Neo4j.
