Role Overview We are looking to onboard a science-driven, techno-commercial professional who can lead the global commercialisation of our branded herbal and botanical ingredients across the US and European markets. This role sits at the intersection of science, business development, and global client engagement. The ideal candidate understands herbal extracts deeply, can speak science with form ... ulators and R&D teams, and can also drive commercial conversations with brands, distributors, and CDMO partners.Key ResponsibilitiesBranded Ingredient Sales & Business DevelopmentDrive global sales and adoption of branded herbal / botanical ingredients in the US & Europe.Engage with nutraceutical brands, ingredient buyers, formulators, and R&D teams.Build and manage a strong international client pipeline (brands, distributors, CDMOs).Support strategic partnerships and long-term supply agreements.Techno-Commercial EngagementAct as the technical face of the ingredient during client discussions.Present scientific rationale, standardization, specifications, and differentiation clearly.Support clients with technical decks, dossiers, COAs, and application guidance.Bridge communication between internal R&D / QA teams and external clients.Market & Product IntelligenceTrack global trends in herbal extracts, botanical ingredients, and branded actives.Provide inputs on new ingredient opportunities, positioning, and differentiation.Support pricing strategy, value positioning, and competitive benchmarking.CDMO & Ingredient SynergyCollaborate with internal teams to convert ingredient leads into CDMO opportunities where relevant.Support science-led business development in the CDMO space alongside ingredient sales.Ideal Candidate ProfileEducationMaster’s or PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Herbal Science, Life Sciences, or related fields.
