About the job

We are hiring a senior leader to own and strengthen global customer relationships and drive customer success outcomes across new and existing enterprise customers from multiple industries. This is a leadership role within a global IT services organization, responsible for acting as the executive sponsor for customer engagement and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer experience across geographies. Key Responsibilities: • Own CXO-level relationships with global customers across industries • Lead customer engagement and success strategy across the customer lifecycle • Act as the primary escalation and governance point for customer engagements • Drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and long-term partnerships • Collaborate closely with Sales and cross-functional teams across geographies • Ensure seamless customer experience (no delivery ownership) Experience Required: • 15+ years in Customer Success, Client Engagement, or Global Account Leadership • Mandatory experience in an IT services / technology services company • Proven experience working with customers across Americas, EMEA, UAE and APAC • Strong executive presence and CXO stakeholder management capability
