Job Description: Global Ecommerce Onboarding Specialist (Sales) Experience Required: 8–10 years Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai (Work From Office) Employment Type: Full-time About the role: We are seeking a results-driven Export Onboarding Specialist with 8–10 years of experience in helping small and medium exporters expand globally via e-commerce platforms. The candidate has hands-on expertise in onboarding sellers, guiding them through compliance and documentation, and enabling them to successfully sell on international marketplaces. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and engage with small and medium exporters to promote opportunities on global e-commerce platforms. • Assist exporters with end-to-end onboarding including account creation, documentation, and compliance requirements. • Educate exporters on international payment systems, logistics, duties/taxes, and regulatory requirements. • Liaise with e-commerce partners (e.g., Amazon Global, eBay, Alibaba, Walmart Global, ETSY, etc.) to facilitate smooth onboarding. • Conduct training sessions/webinars for exporters to improve adoption and sales performance. • Monitor exporter performance post-onboarding and provide ongoing support for issue resolution. • Stay updated on emerging e-commerce platforms, export policies, and cross-border trade regulations. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce seller onboarding. • Strong understanding of global e-commerce platforms and their onboarding processes. • Knowledge of export documentation, compliance (DGFT, customs, GST, IEC, etc.), and cross-border payment systems. • Excellent communication and training skills to guide first-time exporters. • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot seller issues. Preferred Qualification: • Experience working with government export promotion councils, trade bodies, or export-focused startups. • Exposure to B2B and B2C international marketplaces. • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with small business owners.
