About the job

1. PURPOSE OF ROLE • Own and steer the global product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities across Zones, Markets, and Global Functions. • Lead cross-zone engagement, collaborating with Zone Presidents, Zone Commercial Directors, Process Leads, and market teams to capture needs, harmonize requirements, and ensure global consistency. • Drive executive-level stakeholder management, securing CXO and Global LT sign-offs, aligning expectations, and facilitating strategic decision-making. • Act as the central liaison between global business stakeholders and cross-functional development teams, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and seamless communication. • Maximize product value by prioritizing global features, capabilities, and enhancements based on business impact, scalability, ROI, and user experience outcomes. • Ensure the product delivers high-quality, compliant, and globally scalable solutions, meeting performance, security, and user-centric design standards. • Translate diverse zone-level and market-level business needs into clear, actionable, and globally aligned requirements, guiding the development team end-to-end. • Champion a global user experience mindset, driving continuous innovation, capability harmonization, and adoption across all zones. • Manage global risks, dependencies, governance, and change impacts to ensure smooth deployment, adoption, and sustained business impact across the product ecosystem. 2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES • Own and manage the global product backlog, ensuring clarity, structured prioritization, and full alignment with strategic and cross-zone objectives. • Define comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for all global features and enhancements. • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely, high-quality product releases. • Lead core Agile ceremonies—including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews—driving alignment and execution across distributed teams. • Proactively communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and critical decisions to leadership, CXOs, and global stakeholders. • Engage continuously with zone and market stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure transparent communication. • Ensure teams across geographies are fully aligned to business priorities, timelines, and global deployment plans. • Track and report against KPIs, delivery milestones, and project health, enabling data-driven decision-making. • Monitor product adoption and performance using data, user feedback, and market insights, driving iteration, optimization, and continuous improvement. • Manage competing priorities and evolving timelines across phases, zones, and international markets, ensuring consistent delivery and governance. 3. BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT • Challenges • Operating a global product with diverse stakeholders, multiple time zones, and varied data and technology ecosystems. • Balancing technical architecture, business expectations, and aggressive timelines across multi-phase deployments. • Driving cross-functional alignment and decision-making in a fast-paced, evolving, and often ambiguous problem space. • Managing change, dependencies, and integration across teams such as Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Market/Zone stakeholders. 4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Educational Attainment: • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. • Certified Product Owner preferred. Experience Required: • 6+ years of project/program management experience with at least 3 years in Agile environments. • Proven experience in managing cross-functional data/tech teams. • Global project experience with multi-region stakeholder coordination is a plus. IT Skills: • Proficiency in project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ClickUp, Trello). • Good understanding of Data Science, BI tools (Power BI), and cloud platforms (Azure).
