Your Role Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional with experience in global sourcing and export operations. The role involves managing sourcing activities from India and Southeast Asian countries for global markets including the USA, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. The ideal candidate should be proactive, growth-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within a small but ambitious team. Key Responsibilities • Manage sourcing activities from India and Southeast Asia for global markets such as the USA, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. • Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure reliable procurement and competitive pricing. • Coordinate export sales and marketing activities for international markets. • Handle bulk product export operations including negotiations, documentation, and logistics coordination. • Identify new sourcing opportunities and support business expansion initiatives. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Requirements • 6+ years of experience in global sourcing and procurement. • Experience handling international markets such as the USA, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. • Strong understanding of export processes and international trade practices. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and take ownership of responsibilities. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in export sales and marketing for global markets. • Background from a trading company is preferred; candidates from manufacturing companies with experience in bulk product export sales will also be considered. • Candidates with exposure to both sourcing and export responsibilities will be highly preferred.
