Role Summary We are seeking a hands-on, deeply technical General Manager and Vice President of Engineering to lead and continue building our world-class Global Innovation Center (GIC). This leader will set a high technical bar across architecture, platform engineering, and delivery execution, ensuring Cyara delivers reliable, scalable, high-quality solutions with speed and confidence to the world’s most iconic and trusted global enterprises. The ideal candidate is a senior technologist with exceptional judgment, able to engage directly in complex technical decisions while also operating as a strong site and organizational leader. Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. • 20+ years of experience leading large scale engineering organizations with deep technical expertise in architecture, distributed systems, cloud platforms, and high availability SaaS environments. • Proven success building and elevating high performing global engineering teams and centers of excellence, including strengthening leadership capability, engineering rigor, and organizational maturity. • Demonstrated experience leading significant engineering transformation efforts such as improvements in velocity, quality, operating discipline, technical standards, and cross team alignment. • Strong communication skills and leadership presence with an ability to provide clarity, alignment, and confidence across technical and non-technical audiences.
