Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend services in Go. - Build and optimize RESTful APIs. - Work with databases and backend architecture at scale. - Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and product teams. - Follow clean code practices and test-driven development. - Participate in system design and code reviews. - Debug, optimize, and maintain production systems. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of backend development experience. - Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang). - Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms. - Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases, and backend architecture. - Experience using Git / GitHub. - Good knowledge of concurrency, performance, and scalability. - Experience working in production environments. Good to Have (Plus): - Fintech or financial domain experience. - Exposure to blockchain / crypto systems. - Experience with microservices architecture. - Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes. - Knowledge of messaging systems or event-driven architectures.
