Role Summary We are looking for a GTM (Go-To-Market) Associate to support the launch and market expansion of our AI-driven clean energy solutions. This role will work with the marketing team to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and strategic positioning. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and have 2+ years of experience in GTM strategy, market research, and sales execution, preferably within the AI, clean energy, or B2B SaaS industries. Key Responsibilities • Market Intelligence & Entity Mapping: Identify, capture, and maintain an updated database of key entities across the clean energy ecosystem — including renewable developers, utilities, industrial consumers, government agencies, financial institutions, and technology providers. Map relationships between these entities to support segmentation and GTM targeting. • Stakeholder Research & Outreach Strategy: Analyze stakeholder groups to determine the most effective channels for engagement. Recommend outreach strategies that align with Sustainability Economics.ai’s clean energy mission — including policy, industry, and investor audiences. • Platform Strategy & Social Presence Development: Research, evaluate, and recommend the most impactful digital and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Energy Central, Cleantech Forum, and Industry Associations) for targeted engagement and brand positioning. Build a content-distribution framework to reach potential partners and decision-makers. • Lead Generation & Partnership Enablement: Support GTM initiatives by identifying potential clients, partners, and collaborators in priority markets. Develop structured outreach lists and assist in coordinating communication campaigns across platforms. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and research teams to align captured data and outreach activities with broader campaign objectives and regional expansion strategies. • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Create reports and dashboards tracking outreach impact, engagement metrics, and platform effectiveness to refine future GTM strategies. Key Requirements Education Qualifications • Bachelor's or master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. • A satisfactory experience in GTM strategy, business development, or sales within the AI, clean energy, or B2B SaaS sectors. Preferred Experience • Background in market research, business development, or sales enablement, with a focus on technology or sustainability sectors. • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments where adaptability and proactive engagement are key. • Familiarity with AI-driven solutions, sustainability, or clean energy markets is a strong advantage. • Hands-on experience using Apollo.io and RocketReach for lead generation and contact enrichment. • Exposure to ActiveCampaign or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms for campaign execution and stakeholder engagement. Skills Required • Strong understanding of go-to-market (GTM) planning, lead qualification, and stakeholder segmentation. • Excellent research, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. • Proficiency in data-driven outreach tools (e.g., Apollo, RocketReach) and CRM systems (e.g., ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or Salesforce). • Ability to identify emerging opportunities in clean energy, AI infrastructure, and sustainability-driven markets. • High degree of initiative, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. • Passion for contributing to the clean energy transition and AI-powered sustainability solutions.
