Job Title: Golang Backend Engineer Location: Bangalore Experience: 5+ Years About the Role We are looking for a skilled Backend Engineer (Golang) to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems. You will take ownership of backend services, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to architectural decisions as the product grows. Roles & Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang • Build and manage RESTful and gRPC APIs • Take end-to-end ownership of features from design to production • Develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems • Collaborate with product and frontend teams to deliver features quickly • Optimize backend services for performance, reliability, and scalability • Debug and resolve production issues, improving system resilience • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code • Participate in system design and architectural decisions Required Skills & Qualifications • 3+ years of backend engineering experience • Strong hands-on experience with Golang • Experience building backend services and APIs from scratch • Strong knowledge of databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis • Solid understanding of concurrency, performance, and memory management in Go • Experience with microservices or modular monolith architectures • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset.
