Google Ads Associate (Fashion & Lifestyle) Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi (As per company policy) Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month Employment Type: Full-time About Code to Couture At Code to Couture, we bridge the gap between "The Code" (data-driven strategy) and "Couture" (creative excellence). We are a specialized digital agency dedicated to elevating fashion brands through bespoke marketing solutions. We don’t just run ads; we craft digital narratives that convert window shoppers into brand loyalists. The Role We are looking for a Google Ads Associate who lives and breathes both spreadsheets and style trends. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end PPC campaigns for a portfolio of premium fashion labels. Your goal is to ensure every rupee spent translates into high-intent traffic and measurable ROAS (Return on Ad Spend). Key Responsibilities • Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize Search, Display, Video (YouTube), and Google Shopping (Performance Max) campaigns. • Fashion-Centric Research: Conduct deep keyword research focusing on seasonal trends, fabric types, and designer-specific terminology. • Ad Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand ad copy that resonates with a fashion-conscious audience while adhering to Google’s best practices. • Merchant Center Oversight: Manage and optimize product feeds in Google Merchant Center to ensure high-visibility for "Shop the Look" queries. • Data Analysis: Use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track buyer journeys, identify drop-off points, and suggest landing page improvements. • A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, headlines, and bidding strategies (ROAS vs. CPA) to maximize efficiency. • Reporting: Create weekly and monthly performance reports using Looker Studio to provide actionable insights to clients. Requirements & Skills • Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads, preferably within the E-commerce or Fashion industry. • Certifications: Google Ads Search, Display, and Video certifications are highly preferred. • Analytical Mindset: Ability to crunch numbers and interpret data to make informed bidding decisions. • Aesthetic Sense: Understanding of fashion branding—knowing that "luxury streetwear" requires a different tone than "bridal couture." • Tools: Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Merchant Center, GA4, and Keyword Planner. (Knowledge of SEMrush or Optmyzr is a plus). • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills for client reporting and ad copywriting.
