Location: Gurgaon Work from Office Experience: Min. 5+ Years Hawk eCommerce is looking for a data-driven Google Ads Expert who lives and breathes performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in managing high-budget campaigns across D2C, Lead Generation, and App Install businesses and should be extremely comfortable working with tracking frameworks, attribution tools, and growth optimization strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thinks like a growth marketer rather than just a campaign manager. Key Responsibilities - Plan, launch, and scale Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max and App Campaigns - Manage high-spend performance campaigns with clear focus on ROAS, CPA, LTV and scale - Drive performance for D2C brands, Lead Generation funnels and Mobile App Install campaigns - Build and optimize full-funnel acquisition strategies including prospecting, retargeting and audience layering - Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize bids, audiences, creatives and landing page strategies - Work closely with creative and landing page teams to improve conversion rates and user journeys - Implement and manage tracking infrastructure including GA4, GTM and conversion APIs - Setup and manage MMP integrations for app campaigns such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, etc. - Build detailed performance reports and dashboards to drive data-backed decision making - Identify new growth opportunities, audience segments and campaign experiments Required Skills & Experience - 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns - Proven experience in D2C performance marketing - Strong experience in Lead Generation and App Install campaigns - Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking setups - Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partners (AppsFlyer / Adjust / Branch or similar) - Strong understanding of attribution models, funnel analytics and cohort analysis - Experience managing large monthly ad spends and scaling campaigns profitably - Ability to translate data into clear growth strategies - Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail What We’re Looking For - Someone who thinks like a growth marketer - Obsessed with numbers, testing and optimization - Comfortable working in a fast-paced performance environment - Able to scale campaigns beyond incremental improvements Apply by sending your profile to: hr@hawkmartech.com
