Location: Raipur / Chhattisgarh (with travel) Key Responsibilities ● Drive sales and business development for Government, PSU, Semi-Government, and Autonomous Bodies. ● Handle GeM portal, e-tendering, E-procurement portals, and direct PSU negotiations. ● Identify upcoming tenders, RFQs, and procurement opportunities in furniture and interiors. ● Coordinate with internal teams for BOQs, technical compliance, pricing, and documentation. ● Build long-term relationships with procurement officials, engineers, architects, and decision-makers. ● Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation → tender submission → order finalization → coordination till execution. ● Track receivables and support commercial closures. Qualifications & Skills ● Graduate / MBA preferred. ● 3–7 years of proven experience in Government / PSU B2B sales (furniture, interiors, infrastructure, or allied sectors). ● Strong understanding of tender processes, GeM norms, and PSU working culture. ● Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. ● Willingness to travel across Chhattisgarh and nearby states.
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 3–7 years of proven experience in Government / PSU B2B sales
