Responsibilities: - Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders. - Support the creation of functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. - Participate in data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Help in testing new features and functionalities to ensure they meet business needs. - Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications. - Contribute to the preparation of project documentation and presentations. - Learn and apply various business analysis tools and methodologies. - Support ongoing projects and contribute to problem-solving efforts. - Develop a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and industry. - Gain hands-on experience in a professional business environment. Qualifications: - Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Understanding of business processes and requirements gathering is a plus. - Familiarity with data analysis or project management tools is an advantage. - Must be able to commute to our office in Thane, Maharashtra, IN for hybrid work arrangements.
