About the Role Serve as the primary strategic contact for key clients. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong client relationships. • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Lead review meetings, QBRs, and escalation management. • Translate client objectives into integrated digital strategies. • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning and execution. • Ensure alignment across creative, media, and performance teams. • Review and approve key deliverables before client sharing. • Own account revenue, profitability, and forecasting. • Monitor scope vs. burn and ensure timely billing. • Support contract renewals and commercial discussions. • Mentor and manage Account Managers and Executives. • Drive team performance, productivity, and capability building. • Ensure optimal resource allocation across accounts. • Track campaign performance and business impact. • Present data-backed insights and optimization recommendations. • Maintain high standards of reporting accuracy and timeliness. • Strengthen workflows and quality control processes. • Ensure adherence to timelines, brand guidelines, and SLAs. • Proactively flag risks and drive resolution.
