JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Industry: Automobile Dealership / Real Estate Location: Head Office – Okhla, New Delhi Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent Experience: 15–20 Years Compensation: ₹40–50 LPA ROLE OVERVIEW The Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the overall financial strategy, governance, and fiscal discipline at a group level. The role requires a senior finance leader capable of managing complex, multi-entity operations while working closely with promoters and top management to drive profitability, compliance, and long-term growth. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Define and execute the group’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives - Oversee accounting, taxation, audit, treasury, and statutory compliance functions - Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and MIS reporting at group level - Manage cash flow, working capital, fund planning, and liquidity - Handle banking relationships, loan structuring, credit facilities, and negotiations - Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, ROC, and other regulatory requirements - Implement strong internal controls, governance frameworks, and risk management systems - Review and monitor P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements across group entities - Provide financial insights for expansions, acquisitions, and strategic investments - Liaise with auditors, consultants, legal advisors, and financial institutions - Lead and mentor finance and accounts teams across locations SECTOR-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIP REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY IF FROM AUTO SECTOR) - Strong experience in automobile dealership finance - In-depth knowledge of inventory funding, floor planning, and dealer financing models - Hands-on experience with OEM audits, dealer margins, incentives, and claim management - Expertise in managing working capital cycles specific to vehicle sales and service operations - Experience handling banking relationships related to dealer limits and stock funding REAL ESTATE REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY IF FROM REAL ESTATE SECTOR) - Strong experience in real estate finance and project-based accounting - Expertise in project costing, cash flow planning, and construction-linked payment schedules - Hands-on experience with RERA compliance and real estate regulatory frameworks - Knowledge of land acquisition funding, project loans, and investor structuring - Experience managing escrow accounts, joint development agreements, and multiple SPVs REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - Proven experience managing group-level and multi-entity financial operations - Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work directly with promoters, board members, and senior leadership - High level of integrity, financial discipline, and strategic thinking ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA - 15–20 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles - Mandatory experience in either Automobile Dealership OR Real Estate sector only - Experience handling high-revenue businesses and complex financial structures - CA or MBA (Finance) preferred WHY JOIN - Strategic leadership role with direct promoter interaction - High-impact position influencing group-level decisions - Competitive compensation aligned with experience
