We are looking to appoint an experienced Group Finance Manager to lead finance operations at a group level, overseeing multiple inter-related companies across diverse sectors. Role Overview This is a senior leadership position responsible for strategic financial management, governance, and consolidation across the group. The role will work alongside existing finance managers at entity level and provide overall direction, control, and leadership. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee group-level finance operations across multiple inter-related companies • Manage consolidated financial statements, group reporting, budgeting, and forecasting • Ensure strong financial controls, compliance, and governance frameworks across all entities • Provide strategic financial insights to management for decision-making and growth planning • Coordinate with auditors, bankers, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities • Drive standardization of finance processes, policies, and reporting across the group • Mentor, guide, and lead the finance team, ensuring collaboration and accountability • Support expansion, restructuring, and new business initiatives at group level Industry Exposure (Added Advantage) • Retail industry experience • Pharmaceutical sector exposure • IT / technology sector experience • (Multi-industry experience is highly preferred) Candidate Requirements • Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory • Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, with group-level exposure • Proven experience managing multiple entities and complex financial structures • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, lead, and carry the team together • High level of dedication, integrity, and ownership • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
