About the Role We are hiring a Group Manager – Contracting & Sourcing with strong expertise in contract lifecycle management (70%) and hands-on exposure to strategic sourcing (30%). This role involves leading a contracting team, driving negotiation excellence, strengthening governance, and supporting sourcing initiatives across key categories. If you are detail-oriented, commercially sharp, and ... experienced in handling complex contracts, this role is ideal for you. ⸻Key Responsibilities Contracting (Major – 70%) • Lead contract drafting, redlining, negotiations, renewals, and amendments. • Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, and regulatory requirements. • Maintain a centralized contract repository and ensure audit readiness. • Monitor vendor contract obligations and SLA compliance. • Guide and mentor a team of contracting specialists. Sourcing (Minor – 30%) • Support RFP/RFQ processes and supplier evaluations. • Conduct market research and price benchmarking. • Contribute to cost savings and category optimization projects. • Assist in vendor selection and commercial negotiation.
