Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Group Product Manager in the Nutraceuticals Segment, located in Gurugram. The Group Product Manager will oversee end-to-end product management, including market research, product strategy development, and leading the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Daily responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving product innovation, analyzing market trends, and ensuring that the product line meets business objectives. The role also includes mentoring a team and ensuring alignment with company goals to drive sustainable growth within the nutraceutical segment. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management, with a proven ability to guide products from concept to market success. • Proficiency in Product Development and Analytical Skills to evaluate markets, understand customer needs, and drive product innovation. • Team Leadership skills to effectively manage, mentor, and inspire team members, ensuring collaboration and alignment with organizational goals. • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in the nutraceuticals or healthcare industry is advantageous. • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
