Job Summary: Medopharm is hiring a Group Product Manager in Chennai to drive pharmaceutical product management, marketing strategies, and team leadership. This role requires expertise in product launch planning, branding, promotional activities, and post-launch audits to achieve revenue and market share targets. Key Responsibilities: · Identify and conceptualize new product opportunities based on market feedback and therapeutic needs. · Develop business cases and prepare for timely product selection aligned with company objectives. · Plan product launches, including manuals, positioning strategies, and coordination with sales teams. · Conduct post-launch audits to assess product performance and implement corrective actions. · Lead branding and promotional efforts through market research, positioning strategies, and collaborations with advertising agencies. · Mentor and develop the product management team. · Gather feedback to create region-specific product strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Education: Graduate degree in any Science stream. · Experience: 5–10 years in Pharmaceutical Product Management. · Technical Skills: o Knowledge of the Indian pharmaceutical industry, competition, and customer behaviour. o Strategic mindset with long-term product planning abilities. o Strong analytical and market assessment skills. o Financial management and budget planning proficiency. o Excellent communication and data interpretation skills. o Ability to adapt to changing pharma market trends and policies.
