Group Product Manager – Nepal Market
About the job
Key Responsibilities: - Build and execute a robust marketing plan for the Nepal market - Analyze IPM trends, map therapy opportunities, and support portfolio expansion - Sustain and scale key brands with focused promotional strategies - Lead KOL development (20–25 KOLs across specialties) - Participate in CMEs, customer forums, and scientific activities in Nepal - Guide Therapy Heads/Product Managers and track brand KPIs - Support Nepal field force with training, campaigns & joint fieldwork (18–20 days/quarter) - Manage budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI - Coordinate with supply chain for uninterrupted Nepal product availability What We’re Looking For: Strong analytical and strategic capability Experience in brand/portfolio management Excellent communication & cross-functional collaboration Prior exposure to emerging markets or Nepal market preferred.
