Team: HireDesigners, relationship led growth, not typical social media marketing Role summary: This role builds demand and trust through human relationships. You will nurture existing relationships, open new doors, and keep the brand active in the right circles. This is not a creatives production role. What you will do: You will build and maintain relationships with founders, CXOs, HR leaders, studio owners, and community leaders. You will do outbound in a smart, non spammy way, using context, triggers, and strong follow ups. You will set up meetings, coordinate visits, attend events, and keep conversations warm until they convert. Dual sided growth: You will work on both fronts, client acquisition and talent side relationships, because HireDesigners wins when both networks stay strong. Field and community touch: You will visit studios, colleges, and meetups when needed, represent the brand well, and bring back market intel. What you must be good at: Extroversion, confidence, listening, storytelling, and follow through. You should be comfortable with travel, meeting people, and being the face of the company in many contexts. Good to have: Prior experience in partnerships, BD, community led growth, or premium services sales. What success looks like in 90 days: More qualified conversations, higher trust, better reactivation of old leads, and a clean system to track relationship momentum. Tools and working style: CRM updates, structured follow ups, event tracking, and weekly pipeline reviews.
