As an Outreach Associate – Growth, you'll help expand our programs by building partnerships with schools, NGOs, and CSR bodies, coordinating events, and supporting outreach campaigns across new regions. Responsibilities: • Build partnerships with schools, NGOs, and CSR bodies. • Organize workshops, demos, and outreach events. • Manage leads with timely follow-ups and conversions. • Conduct field visits for program support and impact tracking. • Assist in fundraising and reporting outreach metrics. Qualifications: • MBA graduate with strong communication (English, Hindi & local language). • Willingness to travel. Experience: Ideal for candidates with at least 0-2 years of experience in outreach, partnerships, CSR, or the education sector, looking to grow their career in impact-driven organizations.
