We're seeking an experienced Growth CRM professional who combines deep product understanding with marketing analytics expertise. You'll design and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing campaigns that transform user behavior and drive measurable business impact. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the entire retention strategy—from onboarding optimization to churn prevention—using data-driven insights and multi-channel orchestration. What you'll own: • Design and execute CRM campaigns across Push, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp with measurable KPIs • Build complete user lifecycle journeys—from first-time user onboarding through engagement to reactivation and churn prevention • Analyze user cohorts, retention curves, and behavioral patterns to identify growth opportunities • Design and run A/B tests, multivariate experiments, and growth initiatives to optimize engagement metrics and LTV • Partner with product, analytics, and operations teams to align retention strategy with business goals. Required Experience: • 6-10 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing roles • Hands-on expertise with CRM platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage, Mixpanel or equivalent) • Demonstrated experience with consumer app-based products and understanding of mobile user behavior • Strong data analysis skills with experience running and interpreting A/B tests • Proficiency with analytics tools and ability to translate data into actionable insights • SQL or basic coding knowledge for custom data analysis.
