Job Title: Growth & Demand Generation Manager About the Role: We are looking for a Growth & Demand Gen Manager to own and drive the entire top-of-funnel strategy—including outbound, content, SEO, and paid campaigns. This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for building pipeline and driving qualified demos, not just brand awareness. Key Responsibilities: Execute cold outreach campaigns (Email & LinkedIn) targeting CISOs, CTOs, and Engineering leaders Drive demand generation through paid ads (LinkedIn, Google) and outbound strategies Create high-conversion content (blogs, email sequences, landing pages, case studies) Own SEO strategy for high-intent keywords and improve organic visibility Build partnerships with security, compliance, and DevSecOps communities Track, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve lead generation and conversions Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in Growth / Demand Gen / Product Marketing (B2B SaaS) Hands-on experience in outbound campaigns and lead generation Strong understanding of SEO and performance marketing Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Lemlist Excellent communication and content creation skills Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts is a plus Why Join: Be the first marketing hire and build the function from scratch Work on a cutting-edge AI-driven cybersecurity product High ownership, fast growth, and global exposure
