Analyze and improve key growth metrics, including Average Order Value (AOV), conversion rates, customer experience (NPS), and growth plans. Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives and track performance. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to streamline processes and improve delivery efficiency. Drive initiatives to improve customer retention and overall experience. Graduates with 0-1 year of experience, eager to drive business growth and take ownership of key initiatives. Analytical thinkers who can interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strong collaborators who can work cross-functionally to optimize operations and improve efficiency. Individuals passionate about building and scaling a business, with a keen interest in strategy and execution.
