What You’ll Do: • Own end-to-end GTM execution (from idea → pipeline → conversion) • Design and implement scalable GTM strategies across channels • Build and operate AI-driven systems for: • Lead sourcing and enrichment • Personalization at scale • Campaign orchestration • Workflow automation • Use modern AI tools and agents to automate and scale growth efforts • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize GTM strategies based on data • Work directly with founders on positioning, ICPs, and go-to-market direction • Turn experiments into repeatable, high-performing GTM systems What We’re Looking For: • 1–4 years of experience in growth, GTM, or related roles • Strong understanding of B2B GTM and revenue generation • Hands-on experience with modern GTM tools (Apollo, Clay, Instantly, HubSpot, etc.) • Experience using AI tools for workflows and automation • Ability to build or leverage AI agents using tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar • Strong problem-solving mindset with a bias for execution • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, zero-to-one environment Bonus Points: • Experience building AI-powered GTM systems or agentic workflows • Familiarity with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, etc.) • Experience in SaaS, logistics, or high-growth startups • Strong data intuition and experimentation mindset What Success Looks Like: • You build scalable GTM systems that generate consistent pipeline • You leverage AI to significantly increase speed and efficiency of execution • You rapidly test and iterate to find high-performing strategies • You operate with high ownership and minimal oversight
