Growth & Lead Generation Manager (B2B Enterprise) 📍 Location: Lower Parel 💼 Experience: 3–6 Years 🎓 MBA (Marketing) preferred About the Role We are looking for a high-energy Growth & Lead Generation Manager who enjoys building relationships with business leaders and driving real business growth. In this role, you will work closely with CEOs, founders, and decision-makers of mid-to-large enterprises, creating opportunities through strategic partnerships, community engagement, events, and digital marketing. What You’ll Do 🚀 Drive B2B Growth • Generate qualified enterprise leads through structured prospecting and outreach. • Engage with CEOs, founders, and senior business leaders. • Manage the lead lifecycle from Suspect → Prospect → Opportunity. • Build and maintain a strong enterprise lead pipeline. 🤝 Build Strategic Partnerships • Collaborate with business communities, industry associations, and influencers. • Activate partnerships to gain access to decision-makers and founders. • Convert referrals and introductions into qualified business opportunities. 🎤 Events & Community Engagement • Plan and execute webinars, workshops, seminars, and podcasts for business leaders. • Partner with communities to create high-value networking and learning events. • Use events as a powerful channel for enterprise lead generation. ✍️ Marketing Content & Communication • Create engaging marketing content, presentations, and campaign messaging. • Develop sales decks, brochures, and marketing collateral. • Manage communication across digital and offline marketing channels. 📈 Digital Marketing & Funnel Growth • Execute digital campaigns for brand visibility and lead generation. • Manage social media marketing and campaign tracking. • Optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.
