Job Title: Growth Manager Location: Gurugram, India About the Role We’re looking for a full-stack marketeer who can turn chaos into clarity and ideas into impact. As a Growth Manager, you will own the end-to-end online acquisition funnel for Airtel’s digital businesses from proposition and creative communication to journey design, cohorting, and in sighting. You will sit at the intersection of ... brand, consumer insights, product, CLM, engineering, and app teams, driving growth experiments that move the needle. What You’ll Do • Shape and manage the complete customer onboarding funnel - strategy, proposition, communication, creatives, and conversion journeys • Drive experimentation across channels, journeys, segments, and user cohorts to unlock sustainable acquisition growth • Partner closely with brand, product, CLM, and tech teams to create a seamless online acquisition experience • Continuously mine data and insights to sharpen customer cohorting and improve funnel efficiency • Lead with first-principle thinking question status quo, simplify complexity, and act fast • Present insights and decisions confidently to senior leadership while staying on top of numbers and performance metrics What We’re Looking For • A growth-first mindset someone who blends creativity with logic and thrives in ambiguity • Experience in digital growth, app growth, product-led acquisition (typically 3-5 yrs) • Strong analytical and experimental skills, comfort with dashboards, data tools, and A/B testing • Customer-obsessed thinker who can navigate between insight, intuition, and impact • A confident, clear communicator who can simplify complexity and rally teams toward measurable goals Why Airtel You’ll be part of a hyper-collaborative, high-speed team where great ideas don’t sit in PowerPoint decks - they go live, get tested, and scale fast.
