Role Description This is a Part-time remote position for a Growth Manager on Audivo's Founding Team. The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition and retention through innovative strategies, assessing data to identify growth opportunities, and leading sales and marketing efforts. This role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams and representing the company to build strong partnerships that drive engagement and revenue. Key Responsibilities • Conduct user research and competitor benchmarking and thereby finalise ICP to shape the product which can drive engagement. • Identify channel and thereby onboard power users who are excited about the product and thereby bring engagement and stickiness. • Analyse usage and user data and feedback to improve the product. • Identify opportunities to drive acquisition, engagement and retention. • Run experiments, track results, and share insights • Contribute to go-to-market (GTM) strategy and product roadmap. Compensation and Ownership • Lean fixed comp of ₹25 K/month (early-stage) with a structured co-founder opportunity within 3 months. • Meaningful equity aligned with long-term value creation.
