Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Growth Manager to own and scale key financial products within a fast-growing digital financial services environment. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for core business metrics, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging data, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable growth across the marketing funnel. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Business Ownership • Own growth and performance metrics for assigned financial products, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue. • Optimize funnel performance from awareness to advocacy, improving conversion rates and customer lifetime value. Go-to-Market & Launch Strategy • Lead GTM planning and execution for new product launches. • Align product positioning, value propositions, and messaging across teams to drive adoption. Business Planning & Performance Tracking • Drive growth planning, including monthly targets, annual planning cycles, and performance forecasting. • Monitor business metrics to ensure revenue and growth targets are consistently met. Data-Driven Growth Optimization • Track and improve key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), LTV, conversion rates, and engagement. • Conduct A/B testing and structured experimentation to continuously enhance performance. • Analyze customer behavior data to refine acquisition and retention strategies. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with product, analytics, brand, performance marketing, finance, and acquisition teams to deliver integrated growth initiatives. • Ensure alignment across stakeholders for seamless execution of campaigns and programs. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management • Collaborate with external partners to expand acquisition channels and business opportunities. • Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to scale growth initiatives effectively. Key Qualifications: Must-Have: • 3–5 years of experience driving growth for digital products in fintech, consumer tech, or high-growth digital businesses. • Demonstrated ownership of product or category-level business metrics, including revenue and P&L exposure. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Good-to-Have: • Exposure to digital lending, payments, or financial services ecosystems. • Experience in high-growth or startup-like environments with rapid iteration cycles. • Familiarity with growth frameworks and performance marketing tools.
