Growth Manager - US Market Location: Bangalore | US Market Focus We are building a creator-led commerce engine for the US market and are looking for a performance-driven operator to scale GMV through affiliate partnerships and content-driven sales. This is a revenue role, not a social media role. You will work directly with the Head of D2C & TikTok US and be responsible for building and scaling our TikTok Shop ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Affiliate & Creator Commerce • Build and manage a pipeline of US-based creators • Onboard and activate affiliates • Structure and optimize commission models • Drive consistent content output tied to GMV • Track performance at creator and SKU level 2. Content-to-Commerce Execution • Identify winning hooks and conversion-led angles • Brief creators on high-performing content formats • Analyze which creatives drive revenue (not just engagement) • Scale repeatable content patterns 3. GMV & Funnel Ownership • Track daily GMV and conversion metrics • Improve conversion rates and AOV • Optimize commission-to-revenue ratio • Identify bottlenecks and iterate quickly 4. Marketplace Operations • Optimize product listings on commerce platforms • Ensure compliance with marketplace policies • Coordinate inventory and fulfillment readiness What We’re Looking For We are open to candidates with experience in: • Amazon influencer / Amazon affiliate programs • Shopify affiliate programs • D2C performance marketing • Influencer commerce • Marketplace growth (Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho etc.) • Creator partnerships tied to revenue Strong preference for candidates who: • Have managed commission-led growth • Understand unit economics • Have tracked GMV and CAC • Are comfortable working with US market Experience with TikTok Shop is a plus, but not mandatory. Success Metrics • Monthly GMV growth • Active affiliate count • GMV per creator • Conversion rate • Content velocity Ideal Candidate Profile • 2–4 years experience in TikTok Shop / affiliate commerce / creator partnerships • Strong understanding of TikTok Shop US ecosystem • Experience managing creator incentives and commissions • Data-driven and comfortable with daily performance tracking • High execution speed and ownership mindset • Experience in D2C / wellness / US market is a plus Why Join Us • Direct exposure to US commerce scaling • High ownership, performance-driven role • Opportunity to build a new revenue engine from early stage • Work closely with leadership
