Role- Growth Manager – User Acquisition Job Overview: Join our marketing team as a Growth Manager – User Acquisition to own and scale the paid acquisition engine for Abound in the US NRI market. Your mission is to drive app installs, registrations, and first transacting users at optimal unit economics — across Meta, Google, programmatic, and emerging channels. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, and optimise paid UA campaigns across Meta Ads, Google UAC, YouTube, and programmatic channels targeting NRI audiences in the USA • Own campaign budgets and consistently hit monthly targets on CPSU (Cost per Sign-Up), CPFR (Cost per First Remittance), and blended CAC • Lead audience strategy — leverage hashed first-party data, CRM-based lookalikes, interest-based and in-market segments • Manage the MMP stack (AppsFlyer) • Drive creative strategy in collaboration with Brand and Design • Build and run structured A/B experiments across channels, creatives, audiences, and landing pages • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior leadership — clear narratives, insights, and forward-looking actions Technical Skills Required: • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Proficiency with a mobile measurement platform — AppsFlyer or Adjust • Experience with audience targeting using hashed PII and lookalike modelling across Meta and Google • Strong analytical skills — comfortable in Excel/Sheets; working knowledge of SQL or BI tools is a strong plus.
