Role Description - Growth Marketer (7+ years) At a high level, we’re looking for an execution-driven growth marketer who demonstrates strong ownership, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in an early-stage startup environment. This person would work closely with senior leadership to help design, test, and optimize growth channels and customer journeys, with hands-on responsibility across acquisition, referrals, direct mail, search, content, and conversion rate optimization. They would be supported by Neu’s analytics, product, creative, and agency partners, allowing them to move quickly while building meaningful growth expertise. The ideal candidate brings foundational experience in growth marketing, data tracking, experimentation, and authentic digital channel engagement. Prior exposure to fintech, direct mail, or underserved customer segments would be a plus. Overall, the role is intended to strengthen execution capacity while helping the individual develop emerging strategic judgment to support Neu’s long-term growth. Work Location & Schedule • Part time, Remote.
