• Role Overview: We are seeking an engaging and innovative Growth Marketer to lead data-driven marketing strategies to enhance the brand visibility across digital, social, and offline channels across live entertainment verticals. • Responsibilities: • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute full-funnel, digital-first campaigns (awareness → conversion) across Meta, Google, YouTube, and programmatic platforms, to drive awareness, engagement, and ticket conversions • Content and Creative Management: Develop content independently and act as custodian with creative and design teams to produce performance-led ad assets, event listings, and social content that drive engagement and conversions • Data & Optimization: Leverage audience insights, campaign analytics and ticketing data to refine targeting, optimize spend efficiency and CPA to maximize ROAS • Ticketing Operations & Conversion Management: Using in-house capabilities and working with third-party ticketing platforms for inventory management, tracking, pixel setup, and A/B testing to maximize reach and occupancy • Brand Playbooks: Develop scalable brand guidelines and detailed bibles across IPs for marketing assets, on-ground materials, and event-day touchpoints, in coordination with production design to ensure a consistent world-class audience experience • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business strategy, creative operations, technology, and legal teams to align marketing initiatives with overall IP and experience objectives. • Qualifications: • 6 - 10 years of experience in marketing strategy and operations, ideally within live entertainment, media or direct to consumer tech sectors • Demonstrated success in scaling audiences and driving ticket sales through performance marketing, innovative campaigns and customer funnel optimization. • Strong command over Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and analytics platforms • Hands-on experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixels, UTM structures) • Ability to interpret data into actionable insights and communicate them clearly with teams. • Excellent creative sensibility to deliver innovative content across media and formats. • Ability to manage ticketing operations, including A/B testing, yield optimization, and partnerships with third party platforms. • Skilled at developing brand and process manuals to drive customer obsession practices. • Strong stakeholder management capability to drive cross-functional collaboration. • A passion for live entertainment, arts and culture, and innovation in storytelling.
