As a Growth Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in leading growth initiatives and driving scalable customer acquisition, revenue expansion, and market penetration. Your responsibilities will include defining the company's growth marketing vision, overseeing performance-driven initiatives, and optimizing the customer journey. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and improve funnel efficiency. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Develop and lead a comprehensive growth marketing strategy aligned with the company's business objectives and long-term expansion goals. - Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion rate optimization, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives. - Oversee and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, SEO, content marketing, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and other digital growth channels. - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing remote marketing team, fostering accountability, innovation, and performance excellence. - Own the full marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve performance at every stage of the customer journey. - Establish testing frameworks for experimentation, including A/B testing, messaging validation, landing page optimization, and channel performance analysis. - Collaborate with product, sales, design, and leadership teams to align growth initiatives with broader company goals. - Analyze customer behavior, market trends, campaign performance, and key growth metrics to support strategic decision-making. - Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment and sustainable growth. - Develop clear reporting structures and executive-level insights on growth performance, forecasts, and opportunities. Candidate Requirements: - Proven experience in a senior growth or performance marketing leadership role. - Extensive professional experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or digital strategy. - Strong expertise in paid media, conversion optimization, funnel strategy, analytics, experimentation, and customer lifecycle marketing. - Experience leading and developing remote or distributed marketing teams. - Excellent analytical skills and strong commercial awareness. Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience in high-growth, digital-first, SaaS, eCommerce, technology, or agency environments. - Deep familiarity with analytics platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, attribution models, and reporting dashboards. - Strong understanding of customer segmentation, audience targeting, and full-funnel optimization. - Experience managing substantial marketing budgets and complex cross-channel strategies.
