Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit) • Monitor campaign performance and improve CTR, CPC, and conversion rates • Analyze user acquisition funnels and identify drop-off points • Support A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and messaging • Track and report on key growth metrics (CAC, cost per signup, activation rate) • Assist in retargeting and performance scaling strategies Required Skills & Experience • 1–3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing • Hands-on experience managing paid ad campaigns • Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred) • Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with SaaS or tech products • Understanding of B2B and B2C user acquisition strategies • Familiarity with A/B testing tools and landing page optimization What We’re Looking For • Data-driven mindset • Strong execution ability • Proactive and ownership-oriented • Willingness to experiment and iterate quickly What Success Looks Like • Efficient user acquisition campaigns launched • Clear performance reporting structure • Measurable improvements in conversion and cost efficiency
