NSB Bangalore is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Growth Marketing Executive (Education) who can generate high-quality admissions leads and strengthen our online presence across search and social platforms. This is a hands-on growth role for someone who understands funnels, numbers, and optimisation. Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute Meta and Google Ads campaigns for lead generation • Monitor CPL, conversions, and campaign performance • Manage and improve SEO and search visibility • Track and analyse performance using GA4 and reporting dashboards • Optimise landing pages and funnels for better conversions • Support online branding and platform hygiene • Monitor competitors and education trends in digital space Required Skills: • 2–4 years of experience in digital/performance marketing • Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Experience in lead generation campaigns (education preferred) Good to Have (Bonus): • Experience in education admissions marketing • CRM/lead management exposure • Landing page CRO understanding Compensation: Based on experience and aligned with industry standards.
