Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy & Planning • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies for India and Europe markets • Drive market penetration and revenue growth through data-driven marketing initiatives • Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify high-value enterprise opportunities • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions Account-Based Marketing (ABM) • Design and implement scalable ABM programs targeting focused segments across India and Europe • Build 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM strategies tailored to regional market dynamics • Partner with sales teams to identify, prioritize, and tier target accounts based on revenue potential • Create personalized, multi-channel campaigns for high-value enterprise prospects Enterprise Marketing Leadership • Lead enterprise marketing initiatives targeting large enterprises, fleet operators and logistics companies • Develop sophisticated lead generation and nurturing programs for complex B2B sales cycles Campaign Management & Execution • Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media • Manage marketing automation platforms and ABM tools (experience with 6Sense, Demandbase, or similar preferred) Analytics & Performance Management • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure growth marketing effectiveness • Provide regular reporting on pipeline generation, conversion rates, and ROI • Use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance
