About the Opportunity This challenging role is a chance to drive business growth for multiple direct-to-consumer brands. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for running growth initiatives, leading client communication, owning brand performance, developing and executing full-funnel strategies, analyzing numbers daily, managing weekly/monthly reviews, coordinating with teams, and driving experiments. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, creative strategy, copywriting, or a mix, strong Excel skills, comfort with client-facing conversations, understanding of D2C metrics, and proven ability to deliver outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Drive growth for multiple D2C brands Lead client communication with founders, operators, and marketing heads Own brand performance end-to-end Develop and execute full-funnel strategies Analyze numbers daily Manage weekly/monthly reviews Coordinate with teams Drive experiments.
