Job Description: Growth & Marketing Specialist Consultative GTM & Analytics Position Growth & Marketing Specialist Function Growth, Marketing >M Enablement Reporting To Associate Director – Growth &Strategy Location India / Hybrid Experience 3–6 Years Employment Type Full-Time Role Overview: The Growth & Marketing Specialist will support ORMAE's growth initiatives at the intersection of consultative selling, analytics-driven decision-making, and market development. Operating within a consulting-focused organization that delivers advanced analytics, optimization, and AI-based solutions to enterprise clients, this role strengthens GTM execution through structured business analysis, KPI-driven reporting, and consultative support to sales and leadership. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating independently in a consulting-led environment, bringing structure, insights, and clarity to complex growth activities while articulating ORMAE's AI-powered optimization and decision-science capabilities in the market. Key Responsibilities: • Consultative Growth & GTM Support • Support ORMAE's growth efforts across consulting-led engagements and solution offerings • Work closely with Growth& Strategy leadership to drive account-based outreach, industry-focused GTM initiatives, and strategic client conversations • Assist in shaping problem-led and value-driven narratives for proposals, pitches, and client discussions • Coordinate with sales teams to track lead progression, opportunity movement, and follow-up actions 2.Business Analysis & Sales–Marketing Analytics • Own and maintain sales and marketing performance tracking including lead generation and source analysis, funnel movement (MQL, SQL, opportunity stages), pipeline value, velocity, and ageing, and win–loss trends and deal cycle times • Conduct business and funnel analysis to identify gaps and bottlenecks in GTM execution • Support prioritization of accounts, industries, and initiatives based on analytical insights • Prepare structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for Growth & Strategy leadership 3.Dashboards, Reporting & Monitoring • Design, build, and maintain dashboards covering sales pipeline health, marketing and outreach performance, and account and opportunity tracking • Ensure all reports and dashboards are accurate, consistent, and aligned to leadership decision-making needs • Maintain proper data hygiene and support automation of recurring reports where feasible 4.Tools, Data & Systems Support • Work with CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM) to maintain pipeline and account visibility and extract/validate GTM data • Use Excel / Google Sheets extensively for analysis and reporting • Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools where applicable • Support consolidation of data across sales, marketing, and campaign activities 5.Marketing, Campaign & Event Support • Support planning and tracking of targeted marketing campaigns, events, conferences, and webinars • Track engagement, lead generation, and conversion outcomes across campaigns • Provide analytical inputs to improve future campaigns and outreach efforts 6.Support to Sales & Leadership • Provide structured insights to support sales reviews, pipeline discussions, and account prioritization • Prepare concise, data-backed inputs for leadership reviews and strategic planning sessions Required Skills & Experience Essential Requirements • 3–6 years of experience in B2B growth, marketing operations, sales operations, consulting support, or business analytics • Strong competency in business analysis, KPI tracking, and performance reporting • Hands-on experience working with sales funnels, CRM data, and pipeline metrics • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for analysis and reporting • Ability to work closely with sales, strategy, and senior stakeholders Desirable Qualifications • Experience in analytics, AI, optimization, or technology-led consulting organizations • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar dashboarding tools • Basic understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling • Exposure to multi-industry or international GTM environments Mindset & Working Style • Strong analytical and critical thinking capability with a consultative problem-solving approach • Comfortable operating in a consulting-led environment with evolving processes • Willingness to take initiative and build structure where required • Clear communicator, able to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights Career Progression Based on performance and scope expansion, this role offers a defined path into: • Growth Operations / GTM Operations roles • Revenue Operations (RevOps) leadership • Strategy & Business Operations functions
