Engagement Type Independent Contractor or Employee (depending on candidate profile) Responsibilities • Drive commercial growth across assigned markets and segments • Identify and develop new client and partnership opportunities • Build and manage long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners • Lead business development conversations from first contact through deal development • Represent the company in growth discussions and partnership initiatives • Own pipeline development and growth outcomes Qualifications and Skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship • Comfortable working in autonomous, outcome-driven engagements • Demonstrated experience in business development, partnerships, or market expansion • Track record of originating opportunities and converting them into commercial outcomes • Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior decision-makers • Comfortable operating with autonomy, ownership, and accountability for results • Strong commercial judgment and communication skills • Ability to represent the company in client, partner, and growth discussions • Experience working in fast-moving environments where outcomes matter • Existing network in relevant industries or markets • Experience working with technology-led products or services • Prior experience in growth-stage companies, consulting, or strategic partnerships
