We are looking for a high-energy, entrepreneurial Growth & Partnerships Lead to act as our primary brand ambassador and pipeline builder. In this role, you will be the "face" of MuCorp to prospective clients, identifying high-value opportunities and working side-by-side with our Managing Partner to expand our portfolio. The Role: What You’ll Do • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and engage founders of early-to-mid stage startups and leadership at software development agencies who need expert PM layers. • Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery sessions to understand client needs, pain points, and fit for MuCorp’s consulting frameworks. • Deal Orchestration: You will manage the relationship from the first touchpoint through to the proposal stage. • Collaborative Closing: You will loop in the Managing Partner to lead the final technical deep-dives and contract closures, remaining an integral part of the strategy and negotiation team throughout the process. • Ecosystem Building: Represent MuCorp in startup communities, niche forums, and networking events to build a steady inbound engine. Who You Are • The "Hunter" Mentality: You enjoy the challenge of opening doors and building a pipeline from scratch. • Product-Literate: You can speak confidently about Agile, Roadmaps, and MVP strategy. You don't need to be a PM, but you must understand the value of one. • High Agency: You are a self-starter who prefers to own a function rather than follow a script. • Communication Pro: You are excellent at articulating complex value propositions in a simple, persuasive way. • Strategic Thinker: You know how to identify which "dev shops" or "startups" are actually in a position to buy, saving time for the whole team.
