Growth & Partnerships Manager
About the job
We’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to help scale QuickReturns through strategic partnerships across the e-commerce ecosystem. You will work with agencies, platforms, logistics partners, and communities to drive distribution, partnerships, and new business opportunities. Responsibilities • Build and manage partnerships with Shopify agencies, D2C consultants, technology platforms, and logistics partners • Develop referral, reseller, and affiliate partner programs • Generate leads and revenue through partner channels and manage the partner pipeline • Launch co-marketing campaigns and GTM initiatives with partners • Identify and drive integrations with e-commerce, logistics, payments, and support platforms • Represent QuickReturns in e-commerce communities, events, and webinars • Track partner performance, optimise partner-led growth, and identify new acquisition channels Requirements • 1–4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or the D2C ecosystem preferred • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to drive partnerships and growth initiatives end-to-end Join QuickReturns and help build partnerships that power the future of e-commerce returns.
