Customer Experience & Engagement: • Enhance the in-store and omni-channel customer experience to boost satisfaction and loyalty. • Monitor customer feedback to drive service improvement initiatives. Growth & Revenue Generation: • Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions tailored to market needs. Team Leadership & Development: • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals. • Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives across the business network. Market & Competitor Analysis: • Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive benchmarks. • Leverage insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations
• At least 5 years in a leadership role
