Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: • Develop and execute business operations and growth strategies aligned with organizational goals. • Identify new market opportunities and create expansion roadmaps for business. Customer Experience & Engagement: • Enhance the in-store and omni-channel customer experience to boost satisfaction and loyalty. • Monitor customer feedback to drive service improvement initiatives. Growth & Revenue Generation: • Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions tailored to market needs. Team Leadership & Development: • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and goals. • Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives across the business network. Market & Competitor Analysis: • Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive benchmarks. • Leverage insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Budgeting & Financial Management: • Prepare and manage business operational budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency without compromising quality. • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Sustainability & Innovation: • Incorporate sustainable practices into business operations, ensuring environmental and social responsibility. • Lead initiatives in adopting new technologies and innovative practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business operations
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
