Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Sales Manager based in Aligarh. The Growth Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities for franchise expansion, managing partner acquisition processes, conducting lead generation, overseeing sales strategies, and driving business growth. The role includes client engagement, building relationships with investors, running negotiations, and ensuring smooth agreement closures while upholding compliance and brand integrity. Qualifications • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Prospecting • Experience in Negotiation, Partner Acquisition, and Client Relationship Management • Strategic Thinking, Market Analysis, and Expansion Planning abilities • Proficiency in Communication, Presentation, and Report Creation • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills • Ability to work on-site in Aligarh and travel for business needs • Relevant experience in franchise development, marketing, or growth roles • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields Requirements added by the job poster • Can start immediately • Working in an onsite setting
